Nice day for a bank robbery

Well it turned out to be a beautiful day after yesterday's rain. The temps were in the 50s not the 30s. Well somebody decided to robbed or attempt the bank up the street from the branch. Nice way to spend the afternoon, thinking about that. See this branch library is not in a town. Nope We are pretty much stuck in the middle of the woods. There is a car repairshop next door but we still get deer walking through our yard. Last year a bear waltz through too.

So during the afternoon, a helicopter flew overhead searching the woods and surrounding area. I saw no suspicious characters in the library. Did have one patron tell me that I was rude after I told her she wasn't allowed to go behind the circ desk. Oh well. Had a few patron here when the helicopter was flying about. Kinda made them nervous (Ok me too) just do to the fact, we had no idea what was really going on. I mean the cops never came here to asked question. So when I go home tonight. I'll find out what really happened.

A bank robbery where you are is pretty bizarre, for a couple of reasons. How did robber types even know the bank was there? Do you have a secret local robber in your midst? Or was it some city robber, lost in the semi-big woods and desparate for cash? I'd have been scared too
