Hi,

Unfortunately I use my parent's computer and e-mail. They don't want me sending or riceiving mail from anyone they don't know. Sucks huh? Oh well, I understand their position. Maybe before too long I could get a computer and e-mail of my own. For now though I'm stuck. Hope the board comes back up soon. I miss it. Especially with both boards down. Grrr.

Here's one of the last two episodes. The last one is on the other computer, which is slower than Christmas at the moment. I'll have to post it here later.

This time on the GIBB COMMANDERS: The Enemy At Last

Gryme continued to lead the brothers through the dark tent, until at last he stopped before an opening.

“Is this it?” asked Robin. “Is this where Circe is?”

Gryme nodded.

“Let’s go in then,” said Barry.

The four of them entered. There in the center of the room sat a mysterious looking woman in a large throne. “Gryme, I see you kept your promise. Welcome, Brothers Gibb. I’ve been expecting you. Where’s Smidrick?”

“I’m afraid he’s being detained,” said Maurice.

“Too bad. He’ll miss dinner. Please, won’t you join me?” Circe got up and walked towards a large table with a very elaborate spread. Six goblets of wine were set on the table. “These seats are reserved for the three of you.”

The brothers sat down across from Circe and Gryme. They shared the meal and the wine, and when all were finished Circe smiled sweetly at the brothers.

“What do you think Gryme? Shall I turn them into their animal counterparts? I believe Mr. Barry was a lion, while the twins were an Irish setter and an Edgar beaver.” With that she taped them each on the head, but when nothing happened her smile faded. “Odysseus! The Moly plant!”

“You’re game is up, Circe!” Shouted Barry as he and his brothers stood up.

All three Gibb men threw their fists into the air and with a bolt of lightning became the GIBB COMMANDERS.

“You might think your tough with all your super powers, but you’ll never outwit me!”

“I wouldn’t be so sure about that,” replied Robin. “In union there is strength. Remember the Aesopic fable about the sticks? The lone stick was easily broken, but the bundle never bent.”

“A quick study of Greek myth and fables does not give you all the knowledge you’ll need to defeat me.” With that her form began to grow, until her shadow seemed to cover the entire room.

What will become of our heroes now? I’m almost afraid to watch.

Well, not feeling to perky at the moment. I miss the boards, I feel sick as a dog, and I just had to spend over $160.00 on used school books for my 2 summer classes. I just hope my professors aren't butts. :P

I got some writing done, but I came across a problem. Now I need to research the history of telephones before I can continue with my manuscript. That's the bad part about writing in a historicaly based time frame. Everything has to be researched. (carousels, the turn of the century, clothing, food, towns, Virginia, games, schools, children . . . and now telephones.) *sigh* It's a lot of work, but when it's done it'll be worth every bit of it. (especially if I can get it published. lol)

Well, I've gotta go. I have about 800 pages of David Copperfield left that I want to finish. Talk to you later.
